An untested backup is a guess. We back up your files, your Microsoft 365 data and your servers, check every day that the job actually ran, and test restores so we know the data comes back. Because the day you need it, there is no second attempt.

Three things worth knowing before you ask.

  • Microsoft does not back up your email

    This surprises most people. Microsoft keeps the service running; your data is your responsibility. Deleted mail and files are gone once the retention window closes.

  • Tested, not assumed

    We restore sample data on a schedule and tell you it worked. Backup monitoring is included on the Complete Business plan.

Backups, answered.

Doesn't Microsoft back up our email already?

No, and this catches people out. Microsoft guarantees the service is available; your data is your responsibility. Once the retention window closes on deleted mail or files, they are gone. A separate Microsoft 365 backup is one of the cheapest pieces of protection you can buy.

How quickly could we get our files back?

A single deleted file is usually minutes. A full server restore depends on how much data you hold and how you are connected, which is exactly why we agree a target recovery time with you in advance and test against it rather than finding out on the day.

How do we get a price?

Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.

Do we have to be on a support plan?

No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
