Three things worth knowing before you ask.
It stays yours
The domain is registered in your business's name with you as the legal owner. If you ever leave us, it leaves with you, no argument and no release fee.
Email that arrives
Most 'our emails go to spam' problems are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. We set them up correctly and keep them that way.
Never expires by accident
A lapsed domain takes your website and every email address down at the same time. We track every renewal date so that cannot happen.

Our domain is registered to a former employee. Can you fix that?
Yes, and it is worth doing before it becomes urgent. We identify where the domain actually sits, transfer it into your business's name and take over the renewals. Occasionally this needs proof of ownership, and we will walk you through exactly what the registrar wants.
Why do our emails keep going to spam?
Nine times out of ten it is missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain. These tell the receiving mail server that your email is genuinely from you. We set them up properly and keep them current as your systems change.
How do we get a price?
Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.
Do we have to be on a support plan?
No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
