Can you host a website we already have?
Usually, yes. We will look at what it is built on first and tell you honestly whether moving it is sensible or whether you would be better off rebuilding. Migrations of an existing site are normally included when you take the hosting package.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, swapping an image, updating prices, opening hours or staff details — the everyday things. Two are included each month and they do not roll over. New pages or design changes are quoted, and they are rarely expensive.
How do we get a price?
Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.
Do we have to be on a support plan?
No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
