We work for you
We take no commission from software vendors. If the right answer is the cheaper product, or no product at all, that is what you will hear.
Plain English, always
Every report we write should make sense to someone who does not work in IT. If it does not, we have written it badly.

Can you review a quote from another IT company?
Yes, and we do it regularly. We will tell you whether the scope is right, whether the price is fair and what is missing. We take no commission from any vendor, so there is nothing steering the answer.
How is this different from a sales meeting?
A sales meeting ends with a proposal to buy something from us. Consultancy ends with a document you own, which may well recommend spending nothing at all. You are paying for the thinking, not for a route into a contract.
How do we get a price?
Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.
Do we have to be on a support plan?
No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
