We specify, supply and configure business hardware so it arrives ready to use. Everything is set up with your apps, your security settings and your files before it is handed over, and if it breaks, we deal with the manufacturer rather than you.

Two options, not twenty
We keep a standard laptop and a standard desktop that we know are reliable and that we support well. Fewer models means faster fixes and fewer surprises.
Transparent margin
You see the supplier price. We do not hide a markup inside a bundle, and we will happily order kit you have chosen yourself.
Ready on day one
New starters sign in and everything is there. No first morning lost to setup.

Can we buy hardware ourselves and still have you set it up?
Yes. Bring us the machine and we will configure it, encrypt it, enrol it and move the old data across. We would only push back if you have bought something we know is unreliable, and we would tell you why.
How long does new kit take to arrive?
Standard laptops and desktops are usually with you inside a week, configured and ready to sign into. Anything specialist depends on the manufacturer, and we will give you a real lead time in the quote rather than an optimistic one.
How do we get a price?
Start with a free IT review. We look at what you have, agree what you actually need, and send a written quote at a fixed price. There is no charge for the review and no obligation afterwards.
Do we have to be on a support plan?
No. We take on individual projects for businesses that already have IT support elsewhere. Plenty of clients start with one project and move onto a plan later.
